Job Title: Legal Recruiting Manager
Location: New York Office
Reports To: CHRO
Job Summary: The Legal Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing entry-level associate programs and lateral recruiting for the Firm's U.S. offices.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage associate hiring, summer associate programs, law student recruiting, and lateral associate hiring.
Support Firm leadership with Partner hiring.
Develop relationships with search firms, schedule interviews, and coordinate with Firm leadership.
Facilitate on-campus interview processes and organize law school recruiting events.
Manage summer associate program activities.
Maintain systems for accurate data tracking and analysis.
Cultivate relationships with legal search firms, law schools, and industry organizations.
Oversee Alumni engagement and collaborate with Marketing & Business Development.
Develop and monitor the annual budget for recruiting activities.
Handle other responsibilities as needed by the COO and CHRO.
Education and General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a law firm.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Relationship-building skills with professionals and attorneys.
Sound judgment and discretion.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and applicant tracking software.

Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
