Job Title: Legal Recruiting Manager

Location: New York Office

Reports To: CHRO

Job Summary: The Legal Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing entry-level associate programs and lateral recruiting for the Firm's U.S. offices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage associate hiring, summer associate programs, law student recruiting, and lateral associate hiring.

  • Support Firm leadership with Partner hiring.

  • Develop relationships with search firms, schedule interviews, and coordinate with Firm leadership.

  • Facilitate on-campus interview processes and organize law school recruiting events.

  • Manage summer associate program activities.

  • Maintain systems for accurate data tracking and analysis.

  • Cultivate relationships with legal search firms, law schools, and industry organizations.

  • Oversee Alumni engagement and collaborate with Marketing & Business Development.

  • Develop and monitor the annual budget for recruiting activities.

  • Handle other responsibilities as needed by the COO and CHRO.

Education and General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a law firm.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

  • Relationship-building skills with professionals and attorneys.

  • Sound judgment and discretion.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and applicant tracking software.

Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year
