Real Estate Accountant, Temp to Perm, Hybrid NYC

LHH has an great opportunity for a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to support our client on a temp to perm basis. This hybrid role is based in a Midtown Manhattan office and offers the chance to work with a collaborative, high-performing finance team. • Managing day-to-day accounting for multiple properties

• Preparing monthly financials and reconciliations

• Tracking property income, expenses, and capital projects

• Supporting audits and coordinating with property managers

Qualifications:

• Previous real estate accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA and/or master’s degree preferred.

• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar software

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

$35–42/hr
