LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a detail-oriented and globally minded Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a recruiting operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in professional services, and is comfortable managing logistics across multiple time zones. You’ll be a key player in creating a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across global teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and calendars.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling and interview process.

  • Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date with precision and consistency.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and scheduling priorities.

  • Support onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed and organized.

  • Generate reports and assist with recruiting metrics to help drive process improvements.

  • Partner with HR and operations to ensure compliance and consistency in hiring practices.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or similar HR support role.

  • Background in professional services or similar fast-paced, client-driven environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and communication across international time zones.

  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Hours:

  • 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Monday through Friday
