Our client, a growing consumer services company, is seeking a Sr Accountant. They are growing through acquisitions and offer many opportunities for growth. Position is 1x/week in the NYC office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle financial consolidations and reporting for 11–12 entities

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Intercompany transactions/allocations, and Travel & Expense processes.

• Record and reconcile payroll, prepaid expenses (PPD), accruals, and fixed assets.

• Execute purchase price accounting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

• Review and interpret contracts to ensure accurate financial treatment and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required

• Experience with intercompany reconciliations

• Must be able to work independently
