Hours: 40 hours/week
Worksite: Hybrid in New York

In this role you’ll lead integrated post merger integration plans that transition brand equity and marketing activities from newly acquired companies into the ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with deal leads to define and execute strategic PMI marketing plans.
Manage communications and engagement strategies from acquisition announcement through full integration.
Partner with business leaders and global marketing teams to deliver initiatives across data privacy, internal communications, talent brand, events, and candidate marketing.
Serve as a trusted advisor on integration best practices and milestones.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within large organizations or acquisition environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
Experience working across global, remote teams in matrixed environments with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Pay Details: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour
