$25.00 - $30.00 per Hour
- Manage accounts receivable: Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions.
- Generate and submit invoices: Ensure timely generation and submittal of invoices to clients.
- Reconcile accounts: Perform weekly reconciliations of accounts receivable and daily reconciliations of A/P transactions.
- Research and resolve discrepancies: Investigate customer discrepancies and past-due amounts, and resolve invoice disputes.
- Assist with month-end closing: Support the Controller with month-end closing tasks and other ad hoc assignments.
- Create reports: Develop reports on the current status of customer accounts and review AR aging for compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software
- Skilled in operating office equipment (computers, 10-key calculator, copier)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional interaction with clients and vendors, anticipating work needs
- $25-30/hr
