LHH is representing a well-established financial services institution in its search for a Total Rewards Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a forward-thinking HR team and help shape the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Partner with HR and leadership to support performance management and incentive planning.

  • Serve as a back-up to payroll operations, ensuring continuity and accuracy in payroll processing.

  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform (ADP), ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Lead annual compensation review cycles and benefits renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required

  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and ability to step in as needed.

  • Hands-on experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR systems.

  • Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
