Let's Talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an impressive, professional healthcare organization for a contract and Fully Remote Associate Director of Compliance position.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Review, develop, and approve CME/CE/CPD educational content, following specific criteria.
  • Provide thorough compliance review of materials (i.e. articles, videos on medical topics, podcasts, transcripts of podcasts, slideshows, test-based activities such as simulations) prior to posting to ensure compliance with accreditation criteria and standards.
  • Coordinate with content development staff throughout program development to ensure adherence to Joint Accreditation criteria (i.e. ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, AAPA).


Qualifications
  • Clinical degree and licensing (MD, NP, RN, PharmD, Pharmacist, PA, etc.) required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing content in accordance with ACCME, ANCC ACPE, and/or Joint Accreditation requirements required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working as a clinician and/or in a medical education company, medical communications company, professional medical publisher, academic institution, medical society, or pharmaceutical company required.
  • Background in adult learning principles and curriculum design required.
  • Experience with project management tools required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Teaching experience with an academic clinical background or education degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare continuing education with accredited CME, CE, or CPE provider preferred.
  • Publishing experience (peer reviewer, writer, editor) preferred.
  • CHCP certification preferred.


Other Specifications

  • Fully remote (USA only).
  • Minimum 3-month contract role with potential to extend, renew, or convert based on performance.
  • Full-time position.


Pay Details: $57.69 per hour
