Job Title: Temporary Legal Summer Associate Talent Specialist (through end of summer)

Location: Newington, CT

Hourly Rate: $26-30; based on experience

Schedule: Hybrid; Monday - Friday; 2/3 schedule

Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Legal Summer Associate Talent Specialist to join our team in Newington, CT. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for both remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities:

Summer Program:

• Assist with summer associate program event planning and logistics, including collecting event RSVPs, coordinating conference rooms and other booking needs, and preparing annual restaurant and activity lists.

• Generate project evaluations and other related reports, distributing materials to the appropriate reviewers on a regular basis.

Law Student Recruiting:

• Assist with the coordination of virtual campus interview programs and resume collections.

• Schedule interviews with firm attorneys for both summer associate and lateral associate candidates.

• Prepare materials for weekly Hiring Committee meetings.

• Correspond with candidates via email and phone to help ensure they have positive interview and onboarding experiences.

Must have 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
