Do you have over 10 years of accounting leadership experience? Are you ready to lead accounting, treasury, banking, and payroll? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the trenches with your team? If you answered yes to these, then we want to talk to you about your new role as Director of Accounting for a global hospitality company.
As the Director of Accounting your job duties will include:
- overseeing accounts payable, cash applications, and payroll accounting
- leading a team of 4 - 6 individuals
- improving system, process, and data controls
- overseeing global bank accounts and company Pcard programs
- partnering with tax accounting to ensure compliance
- managing the external audit for the US and other countries
- preparing annual financial reports and disclosures
- reporting on shareholder information and dividends
- preparing monthly financial packages to the executive team
You are the right person if you have:
- 10 years of experience in accounting leadership
- Bachelor degree
- Experience with foreign currency translations
- Accounting experience within mid-size or global organizations
- CPA is a plus
