LHH is partnering with a Newport Beach area client in hiring a Human Resources Generalist.

This role is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary resource for Associate relations issues, including complaints, allegations, and various other concerns.

• Schedule and conduct investigation meetings and interviews with employees.

• Effectively communicate Company policies, procedures, and guidelines to all Associates.

• Identify violations of Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Support the HR Business Partners by creating reports and collecting information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably at a large company.

• Experience with employee relations and investigating employee concerns is required.

• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations, with the ability to translate that knowledge into effective decisions when dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply good judgment in decision-making.
