LHH is looking for an IT Project Manager. Please apply if you meet or exceed the qualifications below.

Position-Specific Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee full-cycle execution of initiatives involving Salesforce, ERP platforms, system integrations, IT infrastructure, and bespoke web-based solutions.

  2. Establish initiative boundaries, objectives, financial parameters, and outcomes in partnership with key contributors.

  3. Align internal personnel and external service providers to ensure smooth delivery.

  4. Create and update comprehensive schedules, records, and progress summaries.

  5. Deliver consistent updates on timelines, potential challenges, and milestones.

  6. Continuously track performance indicators, mitigate risks, and address complications.

  7. Verify adherence to quality benchmarks and perform validation testing.

  8. Manage communications with stakeholders and align on deliverable expectations.

  9. Offer guidance and assistance to end users following deployment.

  10. Engage with fellow project leads to exchange knowledge and best practices.

  11. Carry out other responsibilities as delegated.


Role-Specific Expertise & Abilities

  1. Documented background in leading diverse teams and deploying enterprise-scale technology solutions.

  2. In-depth understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), IT systems (e.g., cloud services, networking, servers), and tailored web development.

  3. Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).

  4. Skilled in using structured project delivery approaches and associated tools.

  5. Salesforce credentials (e.g., Admin, Consultant) are advantageous.

  6. PMP accreditation or familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks is beneficial.

  7. Exceptional skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical thinking.


Minimum Entry Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or similar.

  2. At least five years of experience overseeing projects involving Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, and custom-built applications.

  3. Proven track record with Agile practices and organizational change initiatives.

  4. Experience managing multiple concurrent business and IT initiatives across departments.

  5. Strong grasp of process mapping and technical requirement analysis.

  6. Background in data transfer, system connectivity, and infrastructure modernization.

  7. Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
