Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Newport Beach. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations.

• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
