Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Temporary (4 months)

Pay Rate: Up to $34/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Analyze financial data and generate reports

• Support audits and compliance activities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
