Location: Fully Remote (Initial 1–2 weeks of training in North Carolina- (will be paid by company)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract to Permanent or Permanent (if working)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role is ideal for a candidate with advanced SAP expertise and a strong background in inventory management and data analysis. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic forecasting initiatives.
- Leverage advanced SAP skills to manage and analyze inventory data across multiple modules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within SAP.
- Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Analyze import data to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods; resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc inventory reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Support the development and refinement of inventory forecasting models.
- Proactively identify and address potential inventory shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in documenting inventory management policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Use advanced Excel functions
- Extensive experience using SAP in inventory management or a related supply chain role.
- Preferred experience with import processes and resolving shipment discrepancies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $60.00 per hour
