Join Our Client's Team as an Accounts Payable Clerk!

Location: Noblesville, IN
Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $21-23/hr

Are you a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk looking for a stable, forward-thinking healthcare company to call home? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in AP Processing and excellent Excel skills to join our client’s team in Noblesville, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of 1,000+ invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure all accounts payable transactions are reconciled and invoices are paid on time.
  • Month-End Close: Assist in preparing month-end close reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the AP inbox as needed.
  • General Support: Provide assistance in other areas as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
