LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO for an impressive manufacturing company in Norcross, GA. This role is ideal for a resourceful individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will embody our core values and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal or external colleagues. Handle information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Meeting Preparation and Minutes: Prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Organize company-wide events, such as the annual spring picnic, Thanksgiving, and holiday parties.

  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements including flights, car rentals, hotel reservations, and restaurant bookings. Manage arrangements for incoming Board Members.

  • Report Preparation: Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the CEO and the board of directors.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, provide support, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10-25% depending on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google platforms, Slack, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media. Experience with Concur and expense management preferred.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and act proactively. Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Must be able to handle random tasks, assist other executives as needed, coffee runs, and plan corporate events, including international ones.
