Time Before Conversion: 90 days Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Onsite, with potential to work from home once a week after conversion full time employment)
Job Summary:
LHH is searching for a highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to supportthe client’s transplant coordination team. This position will provide administrative support for various managers, assist with scheduling for transplant coordinators, and manage correspondence tasks. The person will be responsible for typing letters and correspondence, including letters to donor families, meeting minutes, and assisting with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Type letters and communications from transplant coordinators to doctors, families, and internal teams.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for transplant coordinators.
Record and distribute meeting minutes.
Perform additional tasks such as coordinating with other admins, handling shared duties, and supporting operational activities.
Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, and fast typing.
Experience with some medical software is preferred
Detail-oriented, ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and comfort with handling sensitive information.
