LHH is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a wonderful Healthcare Non-Profit company in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will need to have a positive attitude, detail oriented, and can take initiative. If you are a person who is detail oriented and loves working with a team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage visitor documentation
Answer and transfer calls
Distribute mail and faxes
Manage office supplies
Manage shipping of domestic and international packages
Oversee organization of lobby
Organizing company documents
Assist other departments with special projects
Manage and reserve conference rooms for the office
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
PowerPoint experience is a plus!
Employment Type:
Contract to Hire
Onsite
8am-5pm (must be willing to work until 8PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
