LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage and oversee the accounts receivable process for our client based in North Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities:
Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts
Prepare and maintain reports related to AR and cash applications.
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any billing issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
