LHH is looking for a skilled Training Specialist for one of our top clients in the Northborough, MA area! This is a long term contracted engagement and will be primarily remote after training. If you are interested in joining a dynamic team apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Organize all logistics for training sessions, including facilities, food, materials, and tools.

  • Serve as the liaison to vendors for scheduling and delivering training.

  • Assist in assessing training needs for corporate and plant staff.

  • Identify and develop training solutions, using internal or external resources.

  • Design and develop customized training programs (e.g., new hire, leadership, employee development, financial training, succession planning).

  • Facilitate training programs and work with vendors to implement outsourced training.

  • Support company personnel in designing and implementing training strategies.

  • Track corporate staff participation in training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources development, organization development, or human resources.

  • 0-3 years (Level I), 3-7 years (Level II), or 5-10+ years (Level III) of professional training experience.

  • Knowledge of adult learning methodology.

  • Experience in developing and facilitating customized training sessions.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook.

  • Training certifications are preferred.




Pay Details: $65.00 to $78.00 per hour
