Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 4 years of experience in an administrative role or directly supporting executives. This is a Contract role located in Norwalk, CT.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for executives to optimize their calendars and improve time management.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is organized and accessible.
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring they are accurate and meet deadlines.
  • Gather and organize data for analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage all correspondence for executives, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents to ensure they are clear, accurate, and professional.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and sensitive documents for easy access and secure storage.
  • Implement and manage both electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval and organization.
  • Act as the liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Concur
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 4 years of experience directly supporting Executives

Salary: $35-44/hr


Pay Details: $35.00 to $44.00 per hour
