LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. This position entails regular receptionist duties and requires excellent customer service skills. The is a part-time temporary role and will involve working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Handle visitor registration and issue visitor badges
- Provide general information to visitors and callers about the organization
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- 100% onsite
- Contract/Temporary
Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
