LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. This position entails regular receptionist duties and requires excellent customer service skills. The is a part-time temporary role and will involve working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Handle visitor registration and issue visitor badges
  • Provide general information to visitors and callers about the organization
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Hours:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
