Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and clients. Your medical background will be essential in understanding and addressing inquiries related to medical procedures, billing, and other healthcare-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other clients.

• Provide accurate information about medical services, billing inquiries, and patient care.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care.

• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
