Job Title: Accounting Manager

Overview:

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager for our client to oversee accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

· Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

· Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

· Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

· Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
