LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a leading global company headquartered near the Oakbrook, IL area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting, with proficiency in SAP and DCF modeling. Key Responsibilities include:
- Consolidating global financial results and improving consistency in global reporting
- Leading monthly financial analytics to support performance and decision-making
- Supporting special projects, such as plant expansions or closures
- Developing and executing DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) models for various strategic projects
- Utilizing SAP (BW, BPS/B-IP), Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI to create financial models and reports
- Implementing new reporting structures to enhance decision-making across regions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting
- Experience with SAP (BW, BPS/B-IP), Excel, and PowerBI
- Strong DCF modeling skills
- A curious, analytical mindset, and willingness to ask questions and seek improvements
- Big 4 consulting background (preferred, not required)
