We are hiring for a Payroll Specialist in Oak Creek, WI. This position is an addition to a successful mid-sized manufacturer. You will report to the Payroll Manager and be part of a team of three. If you have at least three years of payroll experience, this could be a fit for you.

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

• Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees

• Perform gross to net components including taxes and garnishments

• Create and submit reporting to leadership

• Provide customer service to colleagues with payroll questions

Requirements:

• Three or more years of payroll processing experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required

• Third party payroll software experience such as Paylocity or ADP desired

• Professional communication skills
