Job Posting: Part-Time Temporary Staff Accountant

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Staff Accountant to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's financial operations on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Prior experience in accounting or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Schedule and Duration:

• Part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Temporary position expected to last for 2 months
