• Type: Temporary-Hire

• Location: Oak Ridge, TN.

  • 100% On-Site

• Compensation: $15-$17 per hour

Job Duties:

· Greet visitors and ensure guests feel welcome.

· Answer incoming calls from multiple site locations.

· Page employees over intercoms, take messages, and direct calls as needed.

· Coordinate conference calls, both domestic and international.

· Administrative support such as filing, data entry, and schedule appointments.

· Maintain phone list for all employees, including emergency contact information.

What you’ll need:

· High School Diploma

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience

· The ideal individual exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills
