$25.00 - $35.00 per Hour
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability insurance, and life insurance.
- Conduct benefits enrollment and re-enrollment processes, including open enrollment periods.
- Provide accurate and timely information to employees regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and coverage.
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records.
- Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Analyze benefit plan performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new benefit programs.
- Participate in employee communication and education initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and disability insurance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefit administration software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Monday-Friday
- Pay is $25-$35 an hour, depending on experience
