We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager for a temp-to-hire position located in Oakbrook, IL. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills, with a preference for candidates with experience in supply chain management.   • Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and financial models using advanced Excel functions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize financial performance and improve processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with supply chain management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $48.00 to $53.00 per hour Search managed by: Chelsea Mutton
