Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Maintain office operations and supplies.
- Coordinate internal communications and meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors.
- Provide basic IT support and manage helpdesk tickets.
- Human Resources:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and administer benefits programs.
- Conduct mandatory employee training and develop ongoing training programs.
- Support recruiting efforts and performance management processes.
- Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Monitor vendor discount opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and support financial closing processes.
- Previous experience in HR, AP, or office management.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
Additional Information:
- Pay: $25/hr - $30/hr
- Full benefits including: PTO, 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision
