LHH is looking for a dedicated Human Resources/Office Administrator to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will oversee office operations, manage HR tasks, and handle accounts payable. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration:
    • Maintain office operations and supplies.
    • Coordinate internal communications and meetings.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors.
    • Provide basic IT support and manage helpdesk tickets.
  • Human Resources:
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and administer benefits programs.
    • Conduct mandatory employee training and develop ongoing training programs.
    • Support recruiting efforts and performance management processes.
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process vendor invoices and payments.
    • Monitor vendor discount opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate vendor records and support financial closing processes.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR, AP, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.

Additional Information:
  • Pay: $25/hr - $30/hr
  • Full benefits including: PTO, 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
