LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking A+ Administrative Assistants and HR Assistants available to work contract roles in the San Francisco/Bay Area!
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Screen calls and prioritize e-mails
Interaction with vendors and clients
Calendar and meeting management
Time and expense reports
Prepare domestic and international Travel Logistics
Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations
Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
Cover front desk reception as needed
Skills/Experience
High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least one (1) year relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist or HR Assistant
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and successfully meet deadlines
Experience working both independently and within a collaborative environment
Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
CRM, HRIS, and/or ATS software experience a plus!
Pay Rate: These roles typically see a range of $21 -$28/hour, depending on the position and required experience.
Employment type: Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire available.
