We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Leasing Agent with experience in recertification and tax credit processes to join our team in Oakland, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents with tours of the property, answering questions about pricing, availability, and amenities

Guide applicants through the leasing process, including processing applications, verifying information, and preparing leasing agreements

Handle recertification processes and ensure compliance with tax credit requirements

Maintain knowledge of the property and its availability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings

Provide excellent customer service to current residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests

Assist in the coordination and execution of move-ins and move-outs

Manage lease renewals and maintain organized resident files

Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed

Promote the community and build positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants

Qualifications:

Must have experience with recertification and tax credit processes

Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

Must be reliable and able to work on-site during business hours, including some weekends as needed
