Office Coordinator (Onsite) – Oakland, CA | $25 per hour
Spanish fluency is a must.
We are seeking an organized and welcoming Office Coordinator to join our team onsite in Oakland. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for agency clients and visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience. You’ll manage the daily flow of the front office and provide essential administrative support to the People & Operations team.
This position involves a variety of tasks, including greeting clients, offering basic referral information, handling mail, and supporting event planning. If you are fluent in Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Services:
Welcome clients and visitors, providing accurate information and assistance.
Answer public phone lines and occasional emails.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
Support special projects with photocopying, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and other public spaces.
Administrative Services:
Assist with data entry and manage various databases.
Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain office supply inventory and staff refreshments.
Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Operations.
Arrange catering orders and assist with event preparations.
Bilingual Services:
Offer bilingual (Spanish) support to clients.
Translate materials as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish (speaking and understanding).
Strong client service skills.
Experience working with databases.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and G-Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance (some travel required).
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
