Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. This position requires someone who is comfortable and empathetic working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing HR-related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support office functions.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Competitive pay range of $25-$27 per hour.
