Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Support employees with payroll and benefit related questions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Review and reconcile reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Address inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with payroll-related audits, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Collaborate with HR departments to ensure accurate employee data and seamless integration with other systems.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to data protection policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role.
Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
