LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Staff Accountant job opportunity for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of general accounting experience. The major portion of the job will be accounts payable along with general accounting responsibilities including bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accounts receivable, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required


• Software experience NetSuite required


• Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting


• Team player, comfortable to work independently, and pleasant


• Reliable, dedicated, and meets deadlines


• Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized


• Solid communications (written & verbal)


• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate, Word & Outlook)

Experience: 3 or more years of experience in Accounting (Staff Accountant, General Ledger Accountant, Bookkeeper)
