Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
Conduct monthly and year-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
