Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Clerk with CAD experience to support both warehouse operations and assist in basic technical tasks involving product drawings and layout plans. This hybrid role requires someone who can efficiently handle inventory, shipping/receiving, and stock control, while also working with CAD software to support production, design, or layout documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Organize and maintain inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Prepare orders for shipment; pack, label, and document outgoing goods.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred or willing to train).
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
CAD Support:
Interpret basic technical drawings, blueprints, and layout diagrams.
Update and maintain CAD files and drawings as directed by engineers/designers.
Assist with documentation for product modifications, shelving layouts, or packaging configurations.
Collaborate with production or design teams to ensure warehouse accuracy and alignment with technical specs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification a plus.
1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both technical and logistical tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience reading or creating 2D/3D technical drawings.
Previous work in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Knowledge of packaging specs or material layout in CAD.
Pay:
$20 - $22 per hourPay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
