LHH is seeking an Accounting Consultant to join our client’s team in Oklahoma City, OK. This hybrid role focuses on GAAP financial reporting, with an emphasis on financial statement review. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex financial data and contributing to high-level reporting and review activities. This role is expected to be in office around 3 days a week minimum. The contract period is approximately 6 months; standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

· Perform detailed GAAP-based financial statement reviews

· Support period-end reporting activities and assist with financial close processes

· Analyze financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity

· Utilize ERP systems (PeopleSoft or Workday) to manage and extract financial data

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on GAAP reporting

· Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday (preferred but not required)

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Previous experience in a review-heavy or supervisory role is a plus
