LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring an Accounting Specialist to join our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time direct hire position offers a hybrid work environment with one day remote.

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible to preparing financial and payroll reports and assisting with 1099s and tax reporting. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports

· Generate payroll and payroll compliance reports

· Assist with sales tax reports, 1099s, and other tax reporting

· Coordinate with clients and partners to compile information

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree or higher required, or 2-3 years of experience

· Public accounting experience preferred

· Quickbooks or other general ledger software experience preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to meet deadlines
