Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.

• Analyze production costs and prepare detailed cost reports to support financial planning and forecasting.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize cost efficiency and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CMA preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost accounting software and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
