Able to balance multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization skills. Deadlines are always a priority.
Resourceful, proactive, efficient, high sense of urgency, and high level of accountability
Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (verbal & written)
Confidentiality and discretion at all times
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure seamless operation of the front office. The position involves a combination of administrative support, office management, and real estate coordination. The EA will manage daily office activities, assist with travel and event planning, and ensure that the office environment is organized, professional, and welcoming. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring occasional travel.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and meeting logistics
Assist with real estate property management, coordinating utilities, payments, and insurance tracking
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Manage day-to-day operations of the front office
Maintain a tidy, organized and professional work environment for visitors and employees
Greet and assist visitors, handle mail and packages
Act as primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office or other office management software
A polished individual with professional appearance and demeanor
