Exciting Career Opportunity: Contract to Hire Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Ontario, CA (Fully onsite) Type: Contract to Hire Salary: $23-30/hour (Based on Experience)
We are looking for a seasoned AP Specialist who can hit the ground running with minimal training, showcasing your ability to work independently. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle AP experience, strong AP aging reconciliation, and familiar with Quickbooks online. We are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY!! Quick interview process
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounts Payable:
Utilize 4+ years of robust full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
Execute 2-way matching, coding, and entering invoices into QuickBooks Online.
Reconciliation Expertise:
Conduct bank account reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations.
Maintain the AP aging report
Manage weekly check runs with precision.
Vendor Management:
Update vendor profiles and retrieve necessary vendor documents.
Communicate effectively with vendors via phone and email.
Discrepancy Resolution:
Research and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
4+ years of prior accounts payable experience
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is required.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
