We are looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist in the North Miami area (Opa Locka) who is ready to take initiative and lead a small team for a private company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll, onboarding, hiring, and reporting for all employees


• Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits


• Assist with recruiting, orientation, and offboarding


• Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR


• Responsible for understanding all employment law


• Work in very hands-on manner without delegating to others

Experience

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience and at least 5 total years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now


• Payroll processing


• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite


• Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

Work Type

• Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm


• Onsite


• Compensation: $70-80k/year
