LHH Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Director for Charter Services for a great client in Opa Locka, FL. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in luxury sales or experience supporting and marketing for high net worth clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead all operations for charter sales
- Serve as first point of contact for any customer/client inquiries, issues, and emergencies
- Process all inbound requests for charter
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls
- Work closely with CEO and charter sales professionals
- Take on additional projects as needed
Experience
- At least 5 years of sales experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Associates degree preferred with emphasis in business or marketing
- Experience working with operations and logistics
- Working with high net worth clients a huge plus!
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Strong closing skills
- Highly proficient in MS Suite
- Professional and a team player
Work Type:
- Direct Hire, Full time, Onsite
- On-call flexibility on nights/weekends
- Compensation: $110-120k plus commission
