LHH Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Director for Charter Services for a great client in Opa Locka, FL. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in luxury sales or experience supporting and marketing for high net worth clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead all operations for charter sales
  • Serve as first point of contact for any customer/client inquiries, issues, and emergencies
  • Process all inbound requests for charter
  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls
  • Work closely with CEO and charter sales professionals
  • Take on additional projects as needed


Experience

  • At least 5 years of sales experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Associates degree preferred with emphasis in business or marketing
  • Experience working with operations and logistics
  • Working with high net worth clients a huge plus!


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong closing skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Suite
  • Professional and a team player


Work Type:

  • Direct Hire, Full time, Onsite
  • On-call flexibility on nights/weekends
  • Compensation: $110-120k plus commission
