LHH Recruitment is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to support a great client in Opa Locka, FL. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in luxury sales or experience supporting and marketing for high net worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through finding and developing professional relationships with brokers and clients

• Work with team members to build and achieve department goals and reach performance targets

• Work closely with Operations team to resolve client and customer issues

• Utilize company software to optimize company business

• Take on additional projects as needed

Experience

• At least 2 years of sales experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

• Associates degree preferred with emphasis in business or marketing

• Experience working with a team to reach sales goals

• Working with high net worth clients a huge plus!

Skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Outgoing personality

• Strong closing skills

• Highly proficient in MS Suite

• Professional and a team player

Work Type:

• Direct Hire, Full time, Onsite

• On-call flexibility on nights/weekends

• Compensation: $80-85k plus commission
