Job Title: Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Location: Orange, CA and Tustin, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)
Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming smile that greets and assists patients as they arrive.
Collect copays and other payments with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Verify patient insurance information and ensure everything is accurate.
Obtain necessary authorizations for procedures and treatments.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, keeping our calendar organized.
Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of patient care and office efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient in collecting copays and verifying insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
