Position Title: Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Location: Orangeburg, NY (100% On-Site)
Salary: Up to $85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility required to occasionally work 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM to support off-shift associates.


Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Orangeburg, NY. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment processes

  • Manage staffing and onboarding processes, including new hire orientation

  • Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and union employment regulations

  • Maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting

  • Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Translate HR documents and communications between English and Spanish

  • Provide HR support to off-shift associates as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Strong fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing, and translating)

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables)

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
